Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
NuttySavings respects your privacy and provides information about your rights regarding the sale or sharing of personal information, including rights that may apply under California privacy law.
Last Updated: October 5, 2026
We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product. However, certain online activities, including advertising, analytics, cookies, pixels, and affiliate technologies, may be considered “sharing” or other forms of disclosure under certain privacy laws. This page explains your available choices and how to submit a request.
01 – Your Right to Opt Out
Certain consumers have the right under applicable privacy laws to direct a business not to sell or share their personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California consumers have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information in circumstances covered by the law.
This right is commonly referred to as the Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing.
02 – What “Sale” and “Sharing” Mean
Under California privacy law, “sale” and “sharing” can have broader meanings than simply exchanging personal information for money.
For example, certain disclosures of personal information to third parties for advertising, cross-context behavioral advertising, or other purposes may fall within the legal definition of “sharing” even when money is not directly exchanged for the information.
Whether a particular activity constitutes a “sale” or “sharing” depends on the facts, the technology involved, the parties receiving the information, and the applicable law.
03 – Information That May Be Involved
Depending on how you use NuttySavings and which technologies are active on the website, information potentially subject to privacy rights may include:
Online Identifiers
Information such as IP addresses, cookie identifiers, device identifiers, or similar online identifiers.
Internet Activity
Information about interactions with our website, such as pages viewed, links clicked, or website activity.
Device Information
Certain browser, device, operating system, or technical information associated with your visit.
Cookie Information
Information stored or accessed through cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies.
The specific categories of personal information collected and the purposes for which they are used are described in our Privacy Policy.
04 – How to Submit an Opt-Out Request
If you want NuttySavings to stop selling or sharing your personal information where such an opt-out right applies, you may submit a request using the contact information below.
Submit Your Privacy Request
Send an email to our privacy contact and clearly state that you are requesting to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.
You may include the email address or other information reasonably necessary for us to identify your records and process your request.
We will process qualifying requests in accordance with applicable privacy laws and within the time periods required by those laws.
05 – Browser-Based Privacy Signals
Certain privacy laws recognize browser or device-based signals that communicate a consumer’s preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
In California, qualifying businesses may be required to honor certain opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), when applicable under the law and regulations.
The California Privacy Protection Agency explains that an opt-out preference signal can be a browser setting or extension that communicates a consumer’s choice to opt out of sale or sharing.
06 – What Happens After You Opt Out
Once a valid opt-out request has been received and processed, NuttySavings will take reasonable steps to honor the request as required by applicable law.
Depending on the technologies and services active on the website, opting out may affect certain personalized advertising, analytics, or other website experiences.
Opting out of sale or sharing does not necessarily mean that all collection or use of personal information stops. Information may still be collected or used when necessary for purposes permitted by law, such as providing requested services, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or other permitted business purposes.
An opt-out generally applies to the applicable processing covered by the request and does not automatically delete personal information that we are legally permitted or required to retain.

Certain differences may be permitted where they are reasonably related to the value of data or are otherwise permitted by applicable law.
09 – Verification and Authorized Agents
To protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before completing certain privacy requests. The verification process will depend on the nature of the request and the information involved.
